PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Frame:  Original Frame updated for new posts and stair framing

Decking: Tongue and Groove AZEK porch flooring with a deck board single picture frame and AZEK PVC fascia and risers

Railing: Westbury Aluminum railing capped with a composite top rail to keep the look of the original design and not make the home look too modernly updated

Other: Pulled and replaced rotten and soggy wood throughout the custom railings on the front and side porches
