Condo Deck and Trim Remodel!

This project is another different one for TECH FIVE... In this case, we where contracted to remodel the deck and ended up also replacing all of the cedar trim around the deck and porch with AZEK PVC trim.  This allows us to create a truly low maintenance experience around the outdoor living space.  As you can see... we ran into some rotten wood, which was a failure on the original construction design.  When we do run into pre-existing issues, we're more than happy to get it taken care of for our customers.

Deck and Railing: TimberTech AZEK Vintage decking (Mahogany with Dark Hickory P.F.)  Railing was custom AZEK Trim made posts with Westbury Aluminum Railing (Fine Textured Bronze)
